Terms of service

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the wondershop website.

This document constitutes a bilateral agreement binding on both parties, entered into between the user and LLC “Stari 777”. LLC “Stari 777” (ID no. 445527706), registered address: Batumi, Iv. Javakhishvili 4.

Hereinafter LLC “Stari 777”, in these terms of use and conditions, in the Privacy Policy, and in all other policies and guidelines, will be referred to as “wondershop”.

The wondershop terms and conditions of website use, together with any changes made to them and other wondershop rules, constitute a single document and should be construed as one agreement concluded with the user.

If the user does not agree with the content of wondershop’s legal documents, they may choose not to use the website; however, wondershop asks users to send any comments by email.

For further questions, claims, or requests, users may contact wondershop via email. The wondershop team is ready to respond in detail to users’ questions.

Definitions

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings below:

• Wondershop (“we”, “our”, “the website”) — LLC “Stari 777”, established under the legislation of Georgia, identification code 445527706, registered at: Batumi, Iv. Javakhishvili 4.
• User — A legal entity or a natural person who has reached age 18 and wishes to purchase products offered on wondershop.
• User consent — The user’s expressed will, after becoming familiar with this document, regarding the processing of their personal data.
• Third party — Any natural or legal person, or public institution.
• Direct marketing — Offering goods or services by post, telephone, email, or any other telecommunications means.

When an order is placed with LLC “Stari 777”, merchandise, its price, and the delivery location are generated.

Placing orders and purchasing products

For the purpose of paying for products, wondershop redirects the user to the payment page. Before completing payment, the user must verify the address and contact details they provided so that purchased products can be delivered without undue delay. If the address and/or contact information is incorrect or incomplete, responsibility for delays in delivery lies with the user.

wondershop reserves the right to refuse or cancel a user’s order if there are grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised, or unlawful transactions.

Once the user has paid for the product, full ownership of the purchased item passes to the user.

Delivery of purchased products

The user agrees that delivery of purchased products will be arranged by LLC “Stari 777” (identification code: 445527706, registered at: Georgia, Batumi, Iv. Javakhishvili 4).

The parties to the delivery arrangement are the user and LLC “Stari 777”.

For courier services, wondershop will share with leading courier companies in Georgia personal data known to wondershop about the user — specifically the user’s first name, last name, address, and phone number.

wondershop hands purchased products over to a courier company, which transports the products to the address indicated.

wondershop’s liability ends when the products are handed over to the user. Until delivery, risks of loss and damage to products are borne entirely by LLC “Stari 777”.

Payment

Payments may only be made using payment methods offered on wondershop (installments and bank transfer).

When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where they select their preferred payment method.

Limitation of liability

To the extent possible, wondershop strives to maintain appropriate safeguards; however wondershop is not liable for unauthorised access to data hosted on the platform, damage caused by third parties, or services offered to the user by third parties.

wondershop does not warrant that the website or services will be continuously available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software faults, viruses, or any other errors.

Restrictions on use of the website

Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. wondershop will not provide services that it considers contrary to applicable law.

Users must not use the website for unlawful purposes, including unauthorised access to wondershop systems, misuse of website information, or any other conduct that may directly or indirectly harm wondershop’s legally protected interests.

Marketing

By registering on the website, users agree to receive promotional and incentive materials, and information about services, products, and offers that may be of interest. With such consent, users will receive updates, offers, and information from the website by email.

Users may at any time opt out of receiving marketing communications by sending a notice to wondershop’s email address.

Copyright

Any text, graphics, and animations on the website belong exclusively to wondershop.

Purchasing products on the website does not confer any copyrights on the user.

wondershop respects others’ copyrights and asks users to respect wondershop’s copyrights.

If the user owns copyright and believes copyrighted material has been posted on wondershop in violation of the law, they should contact wondershop by email and indicate copyright infringement in the subject line.

Third-party websites

wondershop disclaims all liability in respect of other websites that may be linked externally from wondershop’s website. Other websites’ content, terms, privacy policies, etc. may differ from this policy. wondershop encourages users to read the terms and privacy policy of any site linked externally.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia in force.

The parties agree that in case of dispute they will attempt to resolve disagreement through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties may refer the matter to Batumi City Court.

Invalidity of any part of these terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Changes and additions

wondershop may at any time, unilaterally, amend and/or supplement this document by publishing it on the same website without further consent from users. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes the user’s consent.
